Keeping a Positive Perspective

Now we are slowly emerging out of a long period of lock-down, there is definitely an air of optimism. It’s been lovely to see people together outside pubs, cafes and restaurants meeting family and friends. Keeping that positive perspective really helps us to be happy and I’m delighted that Anne from the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Southampton is running a 4 week course to address exactly that issue.
