We’re delighted that Mary Ann Robinson from Tranquil Soul Wellbeing is joining us at the studio to start some sessions of Yoga Nidra. I’d never heard of it, but sounds wonderfully restorative and nurturing. It’s also called yogic sleep and Mary Ann will guide you through a meditation that sends you into semi-slumber, the space between awake and asleep. This deep relaxation re-news you physically and mentally, sounds amazing!!
The classes will be on Wednesday 8:00-8:30pm from April, initially on Zoom and then there’s the option to come into the studio as soon as restrictions ease and we’re able to open up . I’m definitely giving it a go!! If you’d like to also then you can book directly here
