Habits of Happy People

We’re really pleased to let you know that Anne Lamerton from the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Southampton will be running another meditation course – Habits of Happy People, at the studio. The course will run for 5 weeks and start on Thursday 11 Feb at 7:30-8:30pm via Zoom

In each class, Anne will give instructions and guidance through meditation on how to develop happy habits of mind that will not only bring you joy, but also have a positive impact on those around you.

You will learn to:

  • See ways of feeling better about yourself & your life
  • Prevent irritation from harming relationships
  • Learn how to enjoy life, no matter what is happening

This class will be on Thursday evenings 7:30-8:30pm (starting 11 Feb for 5 weeks) and is open to everyone. It’s suitable for new people or those wishing to gain more meditation experience and understanding.

The course will be live streamed plus on demand for 7 days

All booking is through the Kadampa Meditation Centre, Southampton.
