Whether that through strengthening at one of our many Pilates Classes, dealing with troublesome areas with a tailored Soft Tissue Massage Treatment or Foot Treatment or training your mind and exploring Meditation.

Focused on developing both physical and mental health, Pilates is an exercise technique that can benefit the body in a myriad of ways. From reducing back pain to flattening the stomach, to calming the mind, Pilates is a truly holistic workout. We offer a variety of Pilates classes for all abilities.
Our expert team offer Soft Tissue Massage (also known as Sports Massage) to help realign and relax the muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. From easing stiffness to helping resolve chronic pain, our Massage sessions are tailored to suit your medical history and any specific health concerns.
Our in-house Foot Nurse Carol can not only help your feet feel better – they’ll look better too. She offers help with callus, corns, cracked heels and thickened or damaged nails so your feet feel softer and healthier and walking is more comfortable. Take a step in the right direction and book a session.

Located in Wickham town centre, with plenty of parking and easy access, we’re perfect for workshops, presentations, classes and more.
